Do you offer local pick up?
Local pickup is available! Message or DM me to receive a free shipping code for your local pickup order and we will discuss where to pick up as we go.
Can I switch earring parts?
Yes! Visit our “Swaps and More!” section to explore all the options and find instructions on how to customize your earrings. Please note that not all earrings are available for swaps, please see the descriptions.
My ears aren’t pierced, can I get clip ons?
Yes of course! Go to the “Swaps and More” page to add them to your cart! Please note that not all earrings are available for clip ons, please see the description.
What are your shipping times?
Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days, while standard shipping is faster, typically arriving in 3-4 business days. Shipping costs are around $5, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However if there are any issues with your product after receiving your order, please message me so we can make it right for you.
What are the metals used?
All the information about specific earrings can be found in the descriptions. I always use hypoallergenic metals and are either gold or silver plated.
How do I care for my earrings?
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- avoid wearing earrings when applying perfume or hairspray
- remove earrings before entering water (pool, shower, bath, etc.)
- dropping earrings may cause small parts to break
- to clean use a soft fabric with water
- store in a safe and dry place
- may be a choking hazard to small children and pets
